Who We Are
At ICS, our mission is to uplift and inspire individuals from diverse backgrounds within our own community.
We’re driven by the belief that enthusiasm, leadership, and knowledge are essential tools for empowering our clients to become confident, self-sufficient, and capable of creating lasting change in their lives.

Ticket to Work Program
As an authorized Employment Network with the Social Security Administration, ICS connects eligible social security recipients to workforce development resources through the Ticket to Work Program.
The Social Security Ticket to Work (TTW) Program is a free and voluntary program from the Social Security Administration (SSA) that helps people with disabilities who receive SSI (Supplemental Security Income) or SSDI (Social Security Disability Insurance) return to work or enter the workforce without immediately losing their benefits.
